We believe that buying a home for family holidays or retirement
in Spain should be a pleasure in itself. From picking your location,
deciding upon the type of property, choosing your furnishings, to
planning your days in the sun. We are here to help you do exactly
that and we can assure you it will be one of the best experiences
you will ever have.
It is essential that you take a visit to the areas to get a feel
for the various locations. You may decide to take a trip on your
own where you are free to roam at will wherever you wish but this
can also be very frustrating and time consuming as many of the favoured
places are not easy to find if you are new to the Spanish coast.
Homelife will arrange non pressurised inspection visits for people
serious about buying property in Spain. This will enable you to
experience a particular area and view specific properties or development.
You will also have the opportunity to discuss in detail your requirements
and be shown around areas of interest by an experienced professional
with extensive local knowledge. (Please note we only sell FREEHOLD
properties with unencumbered title deeds).
The way to buy a home in Spain is during one of our inspection trips.
The inspection trip is a four day information and viewing trip where
you will see everything in your price range. You will be shown the
different areas where our properties are located and visit as complete
a range as possible, which are both in your price range and most
suited to your requirements.
As soon as you arrive at the airport in Spain, you will be met by
a member of our local team and taken to one of the hotels especially
selected by us for the duration of your visit. Many have views of
beautiful sandy beaches, and are extremely comfortable with a high
quality of service. All meals are included and special dietary needs
can be catered for.
After unpacking and some time to relax a member of our advisory
staff will take you on a tour of the area that we consider best
meets your requirements. At no time will you be obligated to make
a purchase. We have a dedicated team of bi-lingual staff who will
help you and answer any questions you may have.
Should you be successful in finding a property to purchase, we will
introduce you to a qualified English-speaking solicitor. We will
also help you to open a Spanish bank account and if required, introduce
you to a Spanish bank advisor to discuss financial details. The
only thing we ask is that you are in a position to proceed financially
should you find a property of your choice.
At the end of your visit you will have become a expert on property
in Spain. On the last day when you make your decision we will explain
all the details including total costs, annual costs, legal formalities,
furniture, letting potential, in fact everything you will need for
your new home in Spain.
Unlike most overseas property companies, Homelife do not charge
an all in inspection visit cost. We ask for a certain amount of
commitment from you. We ask our Clients to pay for their flights,
and our commitment back is we will take care of the rest and we
believe exceed your expectations. Included in your trip -
